Becky Meredith brings to Velthoen Associates Commercial  Brokers 19-years of public sector development experience, most recently as a Planning Director and Economic Development/Redevelopment Manager for public agencies in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. Becky has extensive experience in land entitlement, project approvals, financing, incentive structures and environmental analysis.
