Glee Williams received her Real Estate license in 1984 while living on the west side of  Stanislaus County.  She was primarily involved in the sale of homes and small business space while in that area.  She managed apartments, multiple living units and rental of private homes for out of area owners.

Since moving to Modesto in 1996 she has worked in the commercial real estate area.

Many of her current clients who have expanded their businesses have returned to Glee for assistance in locating new and larger offices. Because of her long term relationships with property owners, she is able to assist both the owner and tenant with the tenant improvement phase. She enjoys helping with the interiors of the leased space to provide an enjoyable working atmosphere for her clients.

Because of her reputation as an expert of knowing the current leasing and market trends, she is contacted by companies from the Bay Area, Los Angeles, State of Washington and Arizona who are looking to open new offices in Modesto and surrounding areas.
