Kevin MacEgan comes to Velthoen Associates Commercial Brokers with extensive experience working for a multi-national food production company where he was responsible for the financial performance of distribution operations. 

Specializing in industrial properties, Kevin has demonstrated many times over that he has the skill and experience to protect his client’s interests in complex transactions. In his career, Kevin has managed over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial properties in 21 states, representing over $100 Million in transactions.  These properties included divisional sales offices, distribution centers, production plants, and retail properties. 

Kevin began his career while still in college, managing warehouse and distribution operations in a unique training program designed to accelerate management growth.  After college, he accepted a position with a multi-national food production company where he was responsible for new construction, restoration, improvements, warehouse optimization and various logistics projects throughout the United States.  Kevin knows what it takes to acquire, entitle, develop, lease, and maintain real estate assets for long-term financial success.

Kevin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management from California State University, Sacramento.
